Had a new cartridge installed on my turntable at the Wendover location by appointment. The staff were super knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. I’d definitely recommend them!

I didn’t have any verbal chats, just knew what I was after and placed my order on the website. No problems whatsoever, got the best price online, and the delivery to Scotland was top-notch, all wrapped up just right. Can’t find a single thing to complain about.

I got myself a Hegel h95 amp along with a phono box from Harrow. The amp had to be sent over from the manufacturer, but that wasn’t a problem at all. Rob was super supportive and friendly throughout the process, even when I thought I had a problem with the box. A quick phone call and some advice cleared everything up. After a demo, I made my choice right then and there, largely thanks to their flexibility on pricing. I picked up my system yesterday—a Denon Ceol N11 with Dali Oberon 1 speakers, both in white. I placed my order late on Monday, and it showed up bright and early on Wednesday with free DPD delivery.

Even though it's still in the break-in period, everything appears to be working just fine.
